Jan K. Gleiman (Ken), President

Ken Gleiman is the Vice President for Strategy and Government Operations at Inspirata. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University's Security Studies Program. Ken retired as a Colonel from the United States Army in 2021 after 27 years in Infantry, Special Forces, and as an Army Strategist.

Will Wyman, Board member
Colonel (Ret.) William A. Wyman, Jr., US Army, served for over 40 years in the Active Army, US Army Reserve (USAR), and Army National Guard. His strategic assignments include serving as the Chief of Staff for the USAR Deputy Commanding General in the Headquarters, US Army Training and Doctrine Command; as a Military Faculty member at the Joint Forces Staff College teaching Joint Professional Military Education to Active and Reserve Component Service members, US Government employees, and International Fellows from foreign militaries; as a Strategic Planner in the Office of the Chief of Army Reserve G-1 and Headquarters, USAR Command G-1. His operational experience includes assignments as a Plans Officer with Headquarters, US Army Europe and NATO Response Force J-5; Civil-Military Operations Planner with Multinational Corps-Iraq; Chief of Operations, Civil-Military Operations with Multinational Division-Baghdad; and Civil Affairs Team Chief with 2-5 Cavalry, 1st Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division.
Currently, he is pursuing a post-graduate degree in International Relations and is enrolled in the US Air Force Air War College. His professional military education includes completion of the US Army Command and General Staff College, College of Naval Command and Staff, Advanced Joint Professional Military Education, Executive Joint Domestic Operations Course, Joint Humanitarian Operations Course, Joint Interagency and Multinational Planners Course, Homeland Security Planners Course, and Project Management Professional Program. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Studies from Our Lady of the Elms College with an Advanced Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the American Bar Association and a Master of Military Arts and Science in Theater Operations from the School of Advanced Military Studies.

Dan Dillenback, Director of Writing Programs

Dan is a Strategic Planner with 8th Theater Sustainment Command under USARPAC. He has been an FA59 since 2020 and has published multiple articles both inside and outside the Department of War. Like so many strategists, he's a serial-student, holding a Bachelors in Communications from Boston University and three Masters Degrees.

As a strategist, Dan spent two years as the Homeland Defense Planner in Army War Plans at HQDA before attending BSAP and starting his current position on O'ahu.

As a regular person, Dan has published two novels and is working on a third. In 2023, he started a writing blog (The Sapper Scribe) to help young servicemembers and their spouses write op-eds for publication.

Rob Behrman, Webmaster

Rob is a member of the Chief of the Army Reserve's Strategic Initiatives Group. He has served as a FA59 strategist since 2011. Before joining the FA59 program he served in Military Intelligence and Civil Affairs. He is an avid mentor of young strategists, especially Army Reserve strategists.

Matthew is an Army Strategist and recovering Community Banker. He is a graduate of BSAP and currently assigned to the National Guard Bureau as a Strategic Planner. Matthew has a background in military, business, and non-profit strategic planning.
