Dr. Krepinevich writing award
The Andrew F. Krepinevich Jr. award is given for the best Doctoral Dissertation, Scholarly Monograph, or Book Manuscript by an ASA member on topics such as grand strategy, national security, defense policy, foreign affairs, international history, etc. A distinguished panel of Army Strategists evaluate each submission across five criteria: accessibility, applicability, quality, impact, and authorship. 3 finalist are then sent to a panel of senior officials including Dr. Andrew J. Krepinevich who determine the final winner.
